Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking a Dietary Manager/Kitchen Supervisor to maintain smooth operation of all dietary needs and promote high-quality meals for residents. You will lead daily foodservice activities, oversee staff, and ensure excellent resident satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be responsible for inventory, procedures, and resident-centered diet plans, while collaborating with upper management to uphold ethical goals and continuous improvement in patient care.

Qualifications

• Certified by the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals (ANFP) to lead dietary services.
• Completed a Dietary Manager Exam.
• Experience in foodservice management.
• Highly organized and responsible.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily foodservice operations.
• Interview, recruit, and train staff.
• Interact with residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize staff schedules.
• Carry out inventory management.
• Design standards and procedures for food preparation.
• Develop resident-specific dietary programs and diverse options.
• Ensure safe storage and preparation of food.
