Arcadia Care Aledo is seeking a Dietary Manager to partner with the Dietitian and direct the Dietary Department, ensuring quality nutritional services in a compliant, safe, and sanitary environment.

You will manage planning, budgeting, staffing, and daily operations while upholding regulatory standards and patient care plans. A strong supervisory background in a medical facility is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must possess Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification.
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical facility.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Dietary Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Dietitian to plan, develop, budget, organize, implement, evaluate, manage and direct the Dietary Department, its programs and activities.
• Ensure staffing, supplies, and equipment are maintained and all documentation filed per policies and procedures.

Dietary Manager

Job Summary:

The Dietary Manager is responsible for partnering with the Dietitian to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, to assure that quality nutritional services are provided daily and that the Dietary Department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

Essential Duties:

• Partnering with the Dietician to plan, develop, budget, organize, implement, evaluate, manage, and direct the Dietary Department, its programs, and activities in accordance with patients care plans, guidelines, regulations, and safety standards.


• Ensure staffing, supplies, and equipment are satisfactorily maintained and all documentation filed in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
