Job summary

Medical Facilities Of America, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Dietary Manager to support daily food service operations, supervise dietary staff, and ensure high-quality nutrition for residents and patients.

You will help plan menus, monitor food safety, manage inventory and costs, train staff, and collaborate with the care team to meet diverse dietary needs in a compassionate dining program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or nutrition education preferred.
• Previous food service or healthcare dietary experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities
