PruittHealth is hiring a Cook - Dietary Aide to support meal preparation under the direction of the Food Service/Dietary Manager. The role involves preparing nutritious meals that meet dietary needs and ensuring proper serving temperatures and timeliness.

You will assist with food preparation, stocking, recordkeeping, and adherence to safety protocols. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential in this long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year institutional food service experience.
• Knowledge of safety and infection control procedures.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Ability to work in a team and assist supervision.

Responsabilités

• Assist cook in meal preparation, salads, desserts, snacks and between-meal nourishments.
• Serve nourishments following guidelines and policies.
• Store leftovers and open foods properly.
• Assist with tray line setup and service.
• Maintains cleaning and sanitation in work areas and dining areas.
