Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks in meal preparation and assemble trays for residents.
• Serve nourishments and ensure proper portioning and timing.
• Store leftovers and opened food following guidelines.
• Follow recipes and prepare meals perDietitian-approved menus.
• Maintain sanitation and infection control standards in all areas.
• Clean dining and kitchen areas and manage equipment as directed.
• Record temperatures and monitor food safety compliance.
• Support kitchen staff and ensure efficient service during shifts.
