Pruitthealth Corporation is seeking a Cook - Dietary Aide HCC to support meal preparation and service for residents in a healthcare setting. You will assist with cooking, meal assembly, and tray delivery, ensuring meals meet nutrition standards and safety policies.

The role requires adherence to state regulations, attention to dietary restrictions, and teamwork with the Food Service/Dietary Manager. The position emphasizes sanitation, inventory, and efficient meal service in a long-term care

Qualifications

• Participate in center/agency surveys and required reports.
• Attend and participate in continuing educational programs and maintain required licensure.
• Attend mandatory in-services to stay compliant and up-to-date.
• Respect residents’ rights including fair treatment, privacy, and civil rights.
• Comply with corporate compliance programs and safety policies.
• Report hazards and follow safety procedures including infection control.

Responsabilités

• Assist cook in preparing meals, salads, desserts, and nourishments.
• Serve nourishments and ensure proper distribution of meals.
• Store leftovers safely and follow food safety guidelines.
• Record substitutions and adjust menus per guidelines.
• Deliver trays to residents and assist with serving beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining tables and work areas after meals.
• Operate dish machines and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Monitor temperatures and proper storage of foods per procedures.
• Supervise kitchen assistants and manage supplies efficiently.
