PruittHealth in Atlanta is seeking a dedicated Cook-Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation in compliance with your established guidelines and state/federal regulations. You will help prepare nutritious meals, ensure proper temperatures, and support the Food Service/Dietary Manager in resource allocation to meet residents’ needs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year institutional food service experience as a cook preferred.
• Experience in long term care food production is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation of meals, salads, desserts, and snacks for patients/residents.
• Serve nourishments and record substitutions as needed.
• Properly store leftovers and opened foods.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
• Deliver trays to patients/residents and assist with beverages.
• Clean and sanitize dining and kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Record temperatures and maintain dishwashing and food storage standards.
• Support supervision of kitchen staff and ensure efficient use of food supplies.
