PruittHealth is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist the kitchen staff with meal preparation and serving for residents. You will follow diet orders, help with nourishments, and ensure safe handling and storage of all foods in a healthcare setting.

The role supports cooks and supervisors in delivering nutritious, palatable meals while maintaining sanitation and regulatory compliance on a daily basis.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year institutional food service experience as a cook.
• Experience in Long Term Care food production is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist cook in the preparation of meals, salads, desserts, snacks or other dishes for patients/residents.
• Follows diet orders and NPO diet orders.
• Serves nourishments in accordance with procedural guidelines.
• Properly stores leftovers and opened food.
• Records and ensures temperature control for food storage and dishwashing areas.
