Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Check and record water temperature of the dishwasher.
• Operate dishwasher and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and maintain floors.
• Assist with training of dietary staff as needed.
