Autumn Wind Assisted Living in Caldwell, Idaho seeks a Dietary Aide to help with meal trays, serving meals, dishwashing, and kitchen sanitation on a Sunday–Wednesday shift from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm.

No supervisory responsibilities; requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read procedures and recipes, and food handlers’ certificate; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training provided and teamwork with kitchen staff supported.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read and follow recipes and technical procedures.
• Food handlers’ certificate required.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages and ratios.

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Operate and monitor dishwasher and wash dishes.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks; maintain cleanliness.
• Keep kitchen sanitary and safe; mop and sweep floors.
• Assist with inventory and groceries as needed.
