Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to the cook on duty with non-cooking duties and supports sanitary, safe dietary conditions.
• Follows planned menus and prepares food and beverages according to recipes and procedures.
• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes; keeps work areas clean and sanitary.
• Assists with meals, beverages, and snacks; performs other duties as assigned.
