Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain food handlers' certificate.
• Ability to read technical procedures.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.

• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to solve practical problems.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Learn food service routines quickly and maintain kitchen sanitation.
• Operate dishwasher and clean work surfaces and refrigerators.
