Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC is seeking a Dietary Aide for Mission Valley Nursing and Transitional Care in Mission, TX. The role supports food preparation, meal service, and post-meal cleaning under the supervision of the CDM and adheres to state guidelines to ensure residents receive safe, properly prepared meals.

Responsibilities include assisting with food prep, beverage service, tray setup, stocking, bussing, and kitchen sanitation.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Texas Food Handler Certificate required.
Experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.

Responsabilités

Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations.
Prepare and serve beverages.
Set up and pass trays for meal service.
Stock snack cart.
Bus tables and trays.
Clean kitchen work area and wash dishes.
Follow proper handwashing guidelines.
Assist with special projects as assigned by CDM or Executive Director.

Job Details

Job Location: Mission Valley Nursing and Transitional Care - Mission, TX 78572, Position Type: Full Time, Primary Responsibilities

The Dietary Aide follows the direction of the Certified Dietary Manager and state guidelines to ensure that food is properly prepared, served to residents, and after meals are completed cleanup of the dining hall and dishes.

Essential Functions

Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations
Preparing and serving beverages
Setting up and passing trays for meal service
Stocking snack cart
Bussing of tables and trays
Cleaning the kitchen work area
Dishwashing
Follow proper handwashing guidelines
Additional special projects or tasks can be assigned at times by the CDM or the Executive Director

Qualifications: Educational/Training Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Licensing Requirements

Must have Texas Food Handler Certificate

Experience Requirements

Working in a commercial kitchen experience is preferred
