Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dining services for residents. You will follow the CDM guidance to ensure meals are prepared, served, and that post-service cleanup is completed efficiently.

The role requires familiarity with food safety, the ability to pass trays, stock snack carts, and assist in dishwashing and kitchen cleaning. Texas Food Handler certification is required.

Qualifications

Assist with food preparation and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations.
Assist with serving beverages and passing meal trays.
Stock snack cart and buss trays for service.
Clean kitchen work area and perform dishwashing duties.
Follow proper handwashing guidelines and safety procedures.
Additional tasks may be assigned by the CDM or Executive Director.

Job description

Primary Responsibilities

The Dietary Aide follows the direction of the Certified Dietary Manager and state guidelines to ensure that food is properly prepared, served to residents, and after meals are completed cleanup of the dining hall and dishes.

Qualifications

Educational/Training Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Licensing Requirements

Must have Texas Food Handler Certificate

Experience Requirements

Working in a commercial kitchen experience is preferred
