Job summary

Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on experience as a Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician
- TK/Carrier Refrigeration Certifications preferred
- Must furnish own hand tools
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete repairs on diesel equipment (tractors, trailers, bobtails, lift gates)
- Perform preventative maintenance within DOT standards
- Receive road calls, coordinate third-party vendors and action plans with partners
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment per safety rules and regulations
- Document repairs and parts used in fleet maintenance software
- Mentor other maintenance staff and support team
- Willingness to increase responsibilities and certifications
- Other duties as assigned by manager
