Job summary
US Foods is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to ensure a safe and reliable fleet by performing preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel equipment including tractors and trailers. The role requires troubleshooting and repair of reefer/refrigeration systems, and documentation via fleet software.

Qualifications
- 3 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician.
- TK/Carrier Refrigeration Certifications required.
- Must be willing to travel and attend training.
- Experience reading and understanding technical/service manuals.
- Ability to read/write and perform basic math.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete diesel equipment repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance within DOT standards.
- Document repairs and parts used using fleet software.
- Mentor other maintenance staff and assist with training.
- Work with third-party vendors as needed.
