Penske is seeking an experienced Technician II to maintain and repair a diverse fleet. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and mentor newer technicians while expanding your skills through Penske’s training programs.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and high-quality workmanship across multiple OEMs, with opportunities for growth and enhanced benefits. Expect a dynamic, well-equipped shop environment with modern tools and technology.

Formación

• 3 years of practical vehicle maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• Specialized training in diagnosis/troubleshooting major components and ASE/608/609 certifications preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic equipment and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair vehicles and trailers to ensure safety and reliability.
• Perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot and repair engines, transmissions, differentials, and fuel systems.
• Keep work area clean and safe; follow Penske safety policies.
• Log repairs using Penske tools and participate in ongoing technician training.
