Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking an automotive technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs across our fleet. You’ll use Penske tools, diagnose issues, and ensure vehicles stay safe and on the road.

You’ll work with experienced supervisors and receive industry-certified training to advance your career. Whether you are starting out or bringing repair experience, Penske offers a dynamic environment with diverse equipment, strong safety culture, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Log, research and complete repairs using Penske's tools and technologies.
• Perform preventative maintenance like tire rotation and lubrication on gas and diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske's technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
