Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a dedicated Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a fleet of vehicles.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with a variety of OEM equipment and be part of a safety‑driven team focused on keeping vehicles on the road. You’ll work with experienced supervisors and master technicians, receiving industry-certified training through Penske’s Technician Certification Program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair vehicles to ensure safety for customers.
• Log repairs and perform basic vehicle diagnostics using Penske tools and technologies.
• Perform preventative maintenance including tire rotation and lubrication, and some electrical system work.
• Learn and apply Penske’s technician training and hands-on coaching with supervision.
• Collaborate with your manager and team to complete assigned tasks.
