Qualifications

• Requires basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a varied fleet.
• Log and use Penske tools/tech to diagnose and complete repairs.
• Handle basic vehicle diagnostics and component servicing (tires, lubrication, cooling).
• Work with supervision to learn new skills through Penske training programs.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment.
