Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking an experienced Technician II in Tempe, AZ. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet, working independently and mentoring others.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of practical experience in vehicle maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Specialized training and experience in diagnosing/troubleshooting major components (engines, transmissions, differentials); ASE Certification and 608/609 certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to comply with DOT/OSHA safety policies.

Aufgaben

• Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on trucks and trailers with minimal supervision.
• Repair and troubleshoot engines, transmissions, differentials, turbochargers, and fuel systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and use Penske tools/technologies for repairs.
• Learn Penske's technician training and apply new skills on the job.
• Support other projects as assigned by supervisor.
