Penske in Pennsauken, NJ is hiring a Technician to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You will work with experienced supervisors to learn Penske’s maintenance processes and use cutting-edge technology. A stable career path with strong training and industry certifications awaits.

Starting pay is $27.70 per hour with shift premiums on 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role requires a DOT-qualified safety focus, valid license, and ability to pass background checks.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate tools.

Mansioni

• Maintain vehicles to ensure safety for customers.
• Log, research and complete repairs using Penske tools and basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventive maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication on gas/diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and coaching.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
