Job summary

Penske in Norton, MA is seeking a qualified Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You will use Penske tools and training to diagnose, repair, and log activities while ensuring safety and reliability for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid drivers license and ability to use tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Make sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and component lubrication/ replacements, some electrical and cooling system maintenance.
• Learn new skills through Penske technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Work on other projects as assigned by supervisor.
