Job summary

Penske is seeking a Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You will use Penske tools to diagnose and complete repairs, with a focus on safety and reliability. This role offers training and strong growth potential.

2nd shift hours, competitive starting pay, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus support your success. A CDL differential may apply and you’ll work with experienced technicians to expand your skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational/technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1-2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license; ability to use tools and diagnose problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs to trucks and fleet vehicles.
• Use Penske tools and diagnostics to log, research and complete repairs.
• Perform basic tire replacements, lubrication, and component maintenance on gas and diesel engines.
• Collaborate with supervisor to learn new skills and training programs.
