Qualifications

• Minimum mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to use Penske tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair vehicles to ensure safety and reliability for customers.
• Log, research, and complete repairs using Penske tools and diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance including tires, lubrication, and basic electrical/cooling system work on gas/diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Collaborate with supervisor on additional tasks and projects.
