Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking a Mechanic / Technician to maintain and repair our fleet of diesel tractors and other equipment. This position involves performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on tractors and forklifts.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of vehicle maintenance experience and preferably possess ASE certifications. Competitive pay and additional benefits are offered for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Must have one (1) year experience performing vehicle maintenance.
• Must possess necessary tools to perform assigned tasks.
• Knowledge of gas and diesel engines required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on vehicles.
• Diagnose and adjust equipment for safe operation.
• Document all maintenance performed accurately.
