Job summary

Reliable Equipment is seeking a Dielectric Testing Department Manager to oversee testing operations for electrical PPE testing used by utilities. You will manage workflows, maintain strict inventory accuracy, and lead technicians to meet quality standards and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in a lab or procurement setting, with leadership experience and a strong focus on safety and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma, associates or bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5+ years in shipping/receiving/procurement or a lab setting.
• Experience in rubber, polymers or materials dielectric testing.
• Leadership: proven track record of managing employees and schedules.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department workflows and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Lead a team of technicians; ensure testing meets quality standards.
• Review and approve final testing reports for clients.
• Ensure safety, calibration, and timely delivery of results.
