L&T Technology Services in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Test Lab Manager to lead power electronics validation and verification efforts. You will oversee a team of technicians in a high‑power lab, drive DFMEA activities, and ensure robust test plans and reports for VFDs, inverters, and related systems.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of power electronics operation, strong data analysis skills, and hands‑on experience with HALT/HASS and high‑voltage equipment up to ~1500 VDC.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as a Test Lab Manager or equivalent role in power electronics.
• Hands-on experience in validation, test engineering, or reliability engineering.
• Experience with Power Electronics Validation and Verification.
• Strong DFMEA and DVP leadership and planning experience.
• Direct work with VFDs, inverters, DC/DC converters, and related power systems.
• Ability to diagnose failure modes at component and system levels.

Aufgaben

• Lead design validation and verification activities for power conversion products.
• Oversee technicians and manage a test lab environment.
• Facilitate DFMEA and develop DVPs for AC drives, inverters, and converters.
• Perform reliability, qualification, and environmental testing (HALT/HASS).
• Analyze test data and prepare validation reports.
