Compu Dynamics is seeking an Electrical Testing Specialist to lead the delivery of our preventative and predictive testing program for data center environments. You will coordinate with Account Managers, superintendents, and technicians to execute testing work and ensure high-quality reports.

The role requires strong leadership, deep electrical testing knowledge, and adherence to NFPA 70E and safety protocols across energized environments. Hybrid office and site duties in Chantilly, VA.

Qualifications

• Deep hands on knowledge of electrical testing and maintenance for critical power equipment such as switchgear, transformers, breakers, UPS systems, and generators.
• Able to read and interpret test results and explain what they mean in plain terms.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with field teams.
• Organized and reliable managing recurring work across many customer sites.
• Clear communication with customers, technicians, and account managers.

Responsabilités

• Assist Account Managers in determining scope and price for testing services, including site visits.
• Own the execution of all scheduled testing work and inspections.
• Schedule testing work and coordinate with superintendents and technicians across sites.
• Manage third party testing vendors and labs, including quality and turnaround of results.
• Review test results and ensure accuracy before customer reports.

7+ years electrical testing experience
