Job summary

Reliable Equipment & Service Co. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator for its Dielectric Testing Department to oversee daily logistics, maintain flawless inventory records, and ensure OSHA safety compliance.

The role involves coordinating with internal departments to support testing services and maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in warehouse operations, proficiency in Excel and inventory software, and forklift/electric pallet jack

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in warehouse operations, material inventory control, or shipping/receiving.
• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Excel, and shipping/inventory management software.
• Certified (or able to be certified) in operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs through the workday.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, strong time-management, and a safety-focused mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply chain training is a plus; Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Logistics: Manage receipt of all incoming products; verify counts.
• Outbound Logistics: Oversee picking, sorting, packing, quality inspection, labeling.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records, cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA rules, proper lifting, forklift guidelines.
• Discrepancy Resolution: File claims for short/damaged items with Purchasing/Sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
