Comp Dynamics, a leading data-center infrastructure partner in Chantilly, VA, seeks an Electrical Testing Specialist to lead preventative and predictive testing programs for critical facilities.

You will estimate scopes with Account Managers, coordinate with field teams, and ensure high-quality final reports while maintaining safety and NFPA 70E compliance. This role blends hands-on testing with team leadership and client-facing communications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in electrical testing, maintenance, or commissioning of critical power systems.
• Experience with NFPA 70E and safety best practices.
• Data center experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the execution of all scheduled testing work across electrical, oil, and equipment inspections.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to estimate scopes and price for testing services.
• Manage third-party testing vendors and labs, including scheduling and quality control.
• Review test results and approve final reports before delivery to customers.
• Lead the Report Writer and develop team members as the testing program grows.
• Enforce safe work practices and NFPA 70E compliance on all testing activities.
