Reliable Equipment & Service Co. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Coordinator for the Dielectric Testing Department to manage daily logistics, maintain flawless inventory records, and uphold OSHA safety standards.

The role coordinates with internal teams to support testing services. Responsibilities include inbound/outbound logistics, cycle counts, labeling, and ensuring a safe, organized warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or shipping/receiving in industrial environments.
• Proficient in Windows and Excel; experience with shipping/inventory software.
• Certified (or able to be certified) in operating forklifts and similar material handling equipment.
• Must be able to stand/walk all day and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound logistics: receive, verify counts, and document quantities.
• Oversee outbound logistics: picking, packaging, labeling, and palletizing.
• Maintain strict inventory controls and perform cycle counts and annual inventories.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to safety rules and forklift guidelines.
• Document and file discrepancies and communicate with Purchasing and Sales teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Reliable Equipment & Service Co. is a modern and clean tooling, repair, testing and distribution center servicing the Power and Utility Industry. As our team grows, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Operations Coordinator to handle our dielectric testing department's warehouse logistics, ensure strict inventory accuracy, and maintain a safe, efficient working environment.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator ' Dielectric Testing Department is responsible for overseeing the daily logistics of all incoming and outgoing products. This role involves maintaining flawless inventory documentation, ensuring compliance with OSHA and safety compliance, and coordinating directly with internal departments to support our testing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Logistics: Manage the receipt of all incoming products and materials. Verify physical counts.
• Outbound Logistics: Oversee the picking, sorting, consolidating, quality inspection, secure packaging (including palletizing and shrink-wrapping), and labeling of orders.
• Inventory Control: Ensure strict inventory management practices for products, consumables and machine maintenance parts. Handle product labeling, execute routine cycle counts, resolve order discrepancies, and manage annual/bi-annual physical inventory counts.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all company safety rules, proper lifting techniques, and forklift operation guidelines. Ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse floor.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Document and file claims for any items received short or in damaged condition, communicating issues back to the Purchasing and Sales teams.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3'5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, material inventory control, or shipping and receiving, preferably within an industrial equipment, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Technical Skills: Competent in Windows, Microsoft Excel, and shipping/inventory management software.
• Equipment Operation: Certified (or be able to be certified) in operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday and regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, exceptionally reliable, strong time-management skills, and a committed focus on workplace safety.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or post-secondary training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
