Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team, manage schedules, ensure quality, and uphold safety standards across the facility. You will drive continuous improvement and coordinate with maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership and team supervision experience.
• Knowledge of CPIM or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production team from Leads to general labor.
• Manage production schedules and targets.
• Enforce safety policies and coordinate training.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment downtime and upkeep.
• Document incidents, quality issues, and production metrics.
