SendCutSend is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to oversee all shift operations, including pre-production, post-production, quality control, and shipping, while maintaining strong communication with shift leads and staff.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a proven ability to lead teams, manage time, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. You will help improve processes and ensure safe, efficient production on the floor.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Clear and effective communication with all levels of management
• Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience handling personnel issues and administering corrective action

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production operations during your assigned shift, including production, post-production, quality control, and shipping
• Prioritize and organize daily production, guide staff, and address bottlenecks to meet timelines
• Ensure departments produce and ship parts meeting quality guidelines while maintaining safe operations
• Support training, coaching, and development of staff
• Maintain smooth shift transitions with regular shift huddles for clear communication
• Communicate with Customer Support and Preflight teams regarding problematic orders and offer solutions
• Maintain a safe, organized production floor
• Perform end of shift duties as directed by the Operations Director
• Address personnel concerns and administer corrective action with leadership
• Complete additional tasks as set forth by the Operations Director
• Perform other duties as assigned
