Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing or production with supervisory experience.
• Experience leading a production team and coordinating daily tasks.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and waste reduction.
• Understanding of quality control procedures and inspections.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional work.
• Project management and KPI tracking experience for improvements.
• Ability to train and develop shop floor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise a production team from leads to general labor.
• Set production schedules and monitor daily targets to meet demand.
• Implement quality standards and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate records and submit operations reports to management.
• Coordinate with sub‑departments to optimize workflow and resources.
• Identify training needs and provide ongoing development for staff.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the sub‑department.
• Oversee maintenance planning and equipment downtime with maintenance.
• Communicate plans and issues with the direct manager and ensure compliance.
