Job summary

MiTek Industries, Inc. in Tolleson, AZ is seeking an experienced Die Changeover Technician to support stamping operations.

You will perform die setup, changeovers, tooling maintenance and troubleshoot forming and progression issues to keep dies production-ready. The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work with planners to align runs with production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Change die components and remove/install die sections.
• Perform die setup and tooling changes per schedule.
• Troubleshoot forming, punch and progression issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on tooling.
• Verify dies align to customer specifications on work orders.
• Train others and support die setters as workload allows.
• Coordinate with planners to ensure dies are ready to run as planned.
