Job summary

MiTek Industries, Inc. in Tolleson, AZ is seeking an experienced Die Changeover Technician to support stamping operations. You will perform die setup, die changeovers, tooling maintenance, and diagnose forming and progression issues to keep dies ready for production.

The role requires an outstanding safety record, adherence to quality standards, and willingness to work overtime to meet manufacturing schedules. Training other staff and supporting Die Setters is also part of the job.

Qualifications

• Must maintain outstanding safety record and follow all safety policies.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in tasks.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change dies; perform die changeovers and tooling maintenance.
• Troubleshoot forming/punch/progression issues and ensure dies are production-ready.
• Coordinate with planners to ensure dies are ready to run as scheduled.
• Train others and provide support to Die Setters as workload allows.
• Monitor presses and tooling for proper operation and safety compliance.
