MiTek Industries, Inc. in Tolleson, AZ seeks an experienced Changeover Die Technician to support stamping operations. You will set up dies, perform changeovers, maintain tooling, troubleshoot forming and progression issues, and ensure dies are production-ready for schedules.

The role requires adherence to safety policies, ability to read work orders, and capability to work overtime as needed in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must follow safety policies and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and documentation.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience with die setup or tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and changeover dies per work orders.
• Inspect dies for production readiness.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tooling.
• Assist with die set-up sheets and process documentation.
• Train others and support planners to ensure dies run as scheduled.
• Monitor machines and tooling during shifts.
• Maintain safety practices and report hazards.
