Job summary
MiTek is seeking an experienced Changeover Die Technician to support stamping operations in Tolleson, AZ. You will perform die setup, changeovers, tooling maintenance and troubleshoot forming and progression issues to ensure dies are production-ready for manufacturing schedules.
Responsibilities include assembling components per documentation, verifying correct dies per specifications, and performing preventative maintenance while training others as needed and coordinating with planners for

- Ability to read and interpret work orders and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Set up dies and perform changeovers to production specifications.
- Troubleshoot forming and progression issues; adjust tooling as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance on tooling and die components.
- Verify dies and parts against customer specifications per work orders.
- Train others and support die setters as workload allows.
- Collaborate with planners to ensure dies are ready to run as scheduled.
