Volt is seeking a Die Attach Technician for a Direct Hire, Day Shift in Richardson, TX. You will set up, program, and operate die attach equipment, develop and debug die attach programs, and run production lots with support for NPI builds.
The role requires attention to WIP, data collection, and process documentation. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, strong communication skills, and knowledge of DoE and SPC; cleanroom attire and physical requirements

Salary: 80K-DOE
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
