Job summary

Volt is seeking a Die Attach Technician for a Direct Hire, Day Shift in Richardson, TX. You will set up, program, and operate die attach equipment, develop and debug die attach programs, and run production lots with support for NPI builds.

The role requires attention to WIP, data collection, and process documentation. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, strong communication skills, and knowledge of DoE and SPC; cleanroom attire and physical requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates in STEM preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in semiconductor facilities preferred.
• Strong communication, DoE/ SPC understanding.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate die attach equipment (Datacon, ESEC, vacuum reflow).
• Develop and debug die attach programs and dispense patterns.
• Run production lots and support NPI builds independently.
• Monitor WIP, dispatch priorities, and production flow.
• Perform critical measurements (BLT, die shear) and collect build data.
