Job summary

National Renal Care is seeking a Clinical Coordinator in Los Angeles to lead the hemodialysis team and oversee daily clinic operations. You will supervise patient care staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and internal policies.

In this role, you’ll maintain accurate patient records, supervise trainings, and support quality improvement initiatives while collaborating with physicians to optimize patient outcomes and minimize hospitalizations.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required on hire.
• Minimum 12 months dialysis experience in a Charge Nurse or RN role.
• Excellent communication in English and clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hemodialysis team and supervise direct patient care staff.
• Work with Facility Administrator on staffing and patient schedules.
• Ensure CMS guidelines and organizational policies are followed; supervise surveys in absence of Facility Administrator.
• Maintain thorough documentation in patient records and support education/training.
• Oversee treatment records and ensure accurate documentation by end of shift.
