Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Mountain View, California seeks a Clinical Coordinator to assist with the management and operation of the dialysis clinic, stepping in for the Administrator when needed.

You will lead clinical and operational processes to optimize patient care, coordinate scheduling, supervise staff, maintain records, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while improving outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state and in good standing.
• Minimum 12 months of nursing care experience, including dialysis.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to distinguish colors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of the dialysis clinic.
• Supervise staff and coordinate scheduling to meet patient needs.
• Maintain patient records and ensure logs are accurate.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead quality improvement activities and participate in QAPI.
• Respond to emergencies and oversee facility equipment.
