Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• CPR BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive nursing care for outpatient dialysis patients.
• Documents patient data and treatment plans in medical records.
• Administers dialysis treatments and medications as prescribed.
• Directs and collaborates with PCTs/LPNs/LVNs/RNs to ensure safe care delivery.
• Participates in ongoing patient education and quality improvement activities.
