Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties under supervision and guidance of educators and supervisors.
• Collect and analyze patient data during hemodialysis and document in medical records.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment options.
• Deliver safe hemodialysis therapy with the care team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document rationale.
• Participate in emergency response and staff training.
