Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver hemodialysis patient care.
• Assess and monitor patients; document treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
• Lead or assist with daily nursing operations as assigned.
