Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs all essential functions under the direction of the Supervisor and with guidance from the Clinical Educator, Preceptor or in collaboration with other Registered Nurses.
• Performs ongoing assessment and documentation of patient data during hemodialysis and adjusts the treatment plan as indicated.
• Educates patients and families about learning needs and care planning.
• Delivers safe and effective hemodialysis therapy in collaboration with the healthcare team.
