Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry level Registered Nurse in the Outpatient CAP 1 program. The RN will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.

Work with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians under supervision to ensure quality outcomes. The role involves intradisciplinary collaboration, adherence to policy, and ongoing participation in CAP requirements.

Qualifications

• Entry-level RN with less than 2 years in nephrology nursing
• Education and licensure requirements per state regulations
• CPR/BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data during dialysis and document in medical record
• Adjust treatment plans as indicated and notify supervisor or physician
• Educate patients and families about care and treatment options
• Provide safe, effective hemodialysis delivery in collaboration with the care team
• Administer medications per protocol and document effectiveness
• Respond to emergencies and support staff培训 and orientation
• Ensure proper lab collection, processing and reporting
