Job summary

Dialyze Direct is seeking a motivated full-time Registered Nurse to provide nursing care, training, and home support as needed. You will work closely with team members and nursing home facility representatives, documenting patient health data and developing care plans.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid RN license, preferably with 6 months of RN experience and 3 months of hemodialysis experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license is required.
• Preferred: 6 months of RN experience and 3 months of hemodialysis experience.
• BLS certification required.
