Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• 1 year dialysis management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal.
• Must meet state requirements; knowledge of clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management and operation of the clinic.
• Drive program growth and coordinate patient scheduling.
• Implement clinical and operational processes to improve outcomes.
• Achieve financial targets including budget and costs.
• Lead QAPI meetings and quality improvement activities.
• Coordinate department functions and maintain patient records.
